We are looking for Chinese national and or Chinese speaking Director of Human Resources for Sheraton Sanya Resort. He/she will be in charge of the Resort Personnel and Training departments. The successful applicant will have a high sense of Luxury and will have to plan, manage, control, coordinate and participate in HR activities (Recruitment & Selection, Compensations & Benefits, especially with the new labour law, Training & Development, Employee Relations, HR Initiatives), will ensure to provide Management with tools for future manpower planning, resource and payroll planning and control. - Patience, professionalism and resistance to pressure. - Good English skills (Both Spoken and Written). - Capable of developing and implementing Human Resources tools and instrument in close cooperation with Starwood Management Group. - With good communication and people skills. - A previous Starwood or 5 star deluxe hotel experience is needed.
